Inside Sales Team Manager

As the leader of our In-House Sales (IHS) team, you’ll be responsible for driving profitable growth across packaged gases, equipment, and bulk products. You’ll coach and develop account managers, execute sales strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure business targets are met.

• Lead and coach the Inside Sales team to smash sales targets and fuel customer growth in packaged gases, equipment, and bulk products.
• Optimize sales processes using Connect CRM and our Internal Pro Sales methodology for seamless efficiency.
• Collaborate with Field Sales and cross-functional teams to align strategies, share best practices, and drive business success.
• Monitor team performance through regular coaching sessions, ensuring ethical practices and a focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
• Act as a role model, fostering a high-performance culture while acting as an escalation point for complex customer needs.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial sales, ideally in gases, chemicals, or manufacturing.  B2B expertise is a plus.

• Proven track record in leadership and coaching Inside Sales teams or similar roles.
• Strong strategic mindset with excellent stakeholder management and a results-oriented approach.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other cloud-based CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or Finance.
