A multinational based in Maia leader in the production and supply of medical and industrial gases

In this role as a Process Owner, you will:

- You will Define a roadmap to process quality improvement
- You will Benchmark processes with other countries and regions and define clear guidelines for best practices and make the change happen
- You will Create meaningful changes, identifying cost saving and Identify process risks, roadblocks and improvement opportunities
- You will Review, approve and communicate in a timely manner, process changes and/or improvements
- You will Get the buy in from the different BU’s to change processes
- You will Calculate together with FICO process savings and report them in powersteering
- You will Propose and supervise KPIS for the different processes, guaranteeing a standard productivity
- You will Manage robots that have an interaction with processes and define contingency plans for all scenarios

You are the perfect candidate if:

- You have University degree, preferably in economics, business administration or similar
- You have Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role (preferably in a multinational service company)
- You have In-depth knowledge of credit-to-cash processes and procedure improvement
- You have Advanced Excel user
- You have Advanced level of spoken and written English
- You have Working experience in Audit desirable
- You have SAP user desirable
