Our client provides financing solutions (leasing, renting) for businesses and is based in Oeiras (Lisbon).

You'll be managing, monitoring and optimizing the performance of Customer Service Desk and Contract Management activities, that should result in providing a high level of service.

In your day-to-day, you will:

- Manage and monitor workloads, inventories and backlogs
- Improve processes efficiency, compliance and customer/partner satisfaction, while ensuring full adherence to corporate policies and values
- Ensure quick and correct execution and follow up of incoming client requests as well as contract management activities
- Support and drive project implementations within the department
- Act as an Operation Specialist to support activities within Department
- Manage all administrative subjects related to: Contract Administration, Traffic Fines, Customer Service Desk, Services, Complaints and Archive

You're the person we're looking for if:

- You have a university degree, preferably in Economics, Management or similar
- You have around 2 years of experience in a Customer Service/Back Office/Operations or Contract Management Coordinator role
- You have a good knowledge on vendor finance processes
- You have a native level of Portuguese and an advanced level of English (B2+/C1)
- You have team management experience and skills
- You're a person able to motivate and encourage the team to achieve their goals
- You have a good command of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, MS Teams, Power Point)
- You're disciplined and methodical person, dynamic and willing to face new challenges
