You will be working for a German multinational company present in over 30 countries, which plays a big role in the retail sector. The office is located in Santo Tirso.
As a Logistics Specialist Coordinator, during your day:
- You will ensure the operational management of the area
- You will coordinate processes between departments
- You will development and optimize the warehouse processes
- You will control and maintain the master data related to the storage flow
- You will control goods receipt and dispatch flow activities
- You will control the transport flow activity
- You will coordinate and give operational support in the control of automatic systems
- You will do continuous analysis and assurance of KPI compliance
You are the candidate we are looking for if:
- You have a proficient level of English (other languages are highly valued)
- You have bachelor degree in IT, Industrial engineering, Logistics or similar
- You have 100% flexibility (you can work any time of the day 24/7 including weekends and you are able to relocate due to the job)
- You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (mostly Excel)
- You have work experience with SAP (EWM, ERP, TM): experience in project implementation
- You have an understanding of logistics operation, warehouse workstreams, goods receipt and goods transport
- Starting date: ASAP
