As an Assistant Store Manager you will be responsible for:

-Deliver profit expectations by exceeding sales, key metric targets managing expenses; Conversion, Sales Per Worked Hours,Customer Data Capture, Units Per Transaction
-Optimize resource to improve productivity and provide an exceptional Experience
-Utilize available data to draw conclusions to optimize performance and/or take corrective action
-Proactively track monitor competitor activity share opportunities
-Share ideas solutions to optimize performance by working with the store team
-Partner with AGM-Customer Support (CS) to create deliver action plans to minimize shrink improve store compliance

1. INSPIRE AND DEVELOP THE TEAM

-Direct and inspire the team to deliver KPI results by providing the best possible experience
-Support the hiring development of talent to meet the business requirement
-Manage talent performance, support personal development plans, provide regular feedback coaching
-Encourage a culture with creativity, strong work ethic a passion for the brand
-Act as the store Brand Ambassador, manage the adherence of the company dress grooming standards
-Recognize acknowledge achievements across all employees
-Deputize for the General Manager by successfully leading empowering the team to maximize performance
-Promote team work, actively listen and involve others in decision making

2. THE EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE MODEL

-Embrace demonstrate the Service Philosophy Model
-Consistently communicate, deliver drive the Experience service model to an exceptional level
-Foster a customer first culture across the store employee population
-Provide all customers a welcoming environment to Connect, Convert Conclude, leaving them with a positive lasting impression of the company
-Coach develop the Customer Experience Managers to ensure they share the required product knowledge are able to coach the teams on selling skills

3. BRAND PRESENTATION AND OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY

-Plan and communicate the execution of Model Store standards using the correct floor maps documents
-Implement the Brand visual proposition to commercially support the customer journey increase KPI's
-Influence the visual presentation strategy through commercial thinking utilisation of reports
-Ensure inventory levels optimize performance by delivering operational excellence
-Collaborate with Customer Support team to ensure daily replenishment requirements are delivered using the correct process equipment- IPODS radio’s
-Deliver compliance to all company policy procedures including, cash management and Health Safety

We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

-A minimum of 2 years in a similar position
-Fluent German and English
-Demonstrated team leadership experience
-Demonstrated experience in the fashion industry
