What You Will Do:

-You will receive incoming customer calls (via phone, email, voicemail, chat, or other automated alerts).

-You will resolve customer inquiries and demands quickly and efficiently.

-You will provide tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of each customer.

-You will maintain consistent and friendly communication with users to ensure their satisfaction.

-You will document and manage cases in the company's systems.

-You will proactively work towards continuously improving the customer experience.

What You Have:

-Native Dutch and fluent English (Spanish is a plus)

-Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

-A proactive, customer-oriented attitude.

-Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or similar roles is a plus but not required.

-The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

What You Will Get:

-Schedule: Monday to Saturday, with rotating shifts. One week you will work the morning shift , and the following week you will work the afternoon shift (8:00 AM to 8.00 PM). Sundays off.

-Location: 100% on-site in Barcelona.

-Salary: €22,000 per year + bonus of up to €2,000.
