On this occasion, one of our clients —Doctoralia, a leading global digital health platform and part of the Docplanner Group— is looking to hire a Demand Generation Specialist to join their marketing team in Spain.

Operating in more than 13 countries, Doctoralia’s mission is to humanize the healthcare experience by connecting patients with healthcare professionals through innovative technology.

-Own and execute end-to-end demand generation initiatives to drive customer acquisition and new MRR growth in the Spanish market.
- Design and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting clinics aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile.
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns such as events, webinars, and tailored engagement initiatives to attract key decision-makers.
- Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to ensure alignment, optimize lead conversion and maximize revenue impact.
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs and continuously optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Build relationships both internally and externally, combining strategic campaign development with hands-on execution.

-Previous experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing or B2B Marketing roles (ideally in SaaS environments).
- Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and lead generation strategies.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (events, digital, outbound, content, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with Sales teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, results-driven profile with a strategic and execution-oriented mindset.
