Our client is a European consultancy provider of IT infrastructure services. Their mission is to help customers maximise the value of IT by advising on IT strategy, deploying and integrating appropriate Technologies.
As a Level 1 Help Desk Agent, you will:
- You will provide customer service IT solutions to the client via phone, web and e-mail.
- You will response to the customer and an initial analysis of the incident within xx minutes;
- You will registrate the incident in the system;
- You will escalate the incident where necessary;
- You will regularly contact the customer about ongoing calls;
- You will check for error messages in the monitoring environments;
- You will escalate incidents in accordance with the SLA Administration
- You will maintain correct administration including contracts, e-mail handling, quotations, etc.
- You will keep professional knowledge up to date.
You are the candidate we are looking for if you:
- You have native level of Dutch.
- You have a high level of English (C1)
- You have high communicative skills.
- You have interest in the IT sector.
