Our client is a leading global company that provides a wide range of financial services, including insurance and asset management, offering products for both individuals and businesses. It focuses on protecting assets, managing risks, and providing investment solutions.
We are looking for a dedicated IT Engineer specializing in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath to join a leading organization. This role focuses on the development, management, and optimization of RPA solutions to support business goals.
You will:
- Develop and maintain scalable RPA solutions, ensuring high performance and availability.
- Manage RPA infrastructure and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
- Monitor performance metrics, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions effectively.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of RPA projects, aligning them with business objectives.
- Act as a generalist across the technology stack to ensure operational reliability and cost efficiency.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies to enhance RPA capabilities.
- Proven experience in managing RPA projects, specifically with UiPath, and knowledge of RPA best practices.
- Proficiency in RPA management tools and strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications like UiPath Certified Professional are preferred.
- Experience in managing the full lifecycle of RPA solutions, including compliance and budget management.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the IT industry and familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Broad knowledge across the technology stack, ensuring alignment of RPA strategies with organizational goals while focusing on cost optimization and operational efficiency.
