IT Talent Acquistion Specialist

As an IT Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to work as a partner to our clients, building a trusted relationship and advising them to help bring in the best talent.

• Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish.
• Define recruitment and attraction strategies in a digital environment, leveraging various job portals. You’ll also have the chance to propose innovative ideas to attract the ideal candidate!
• Conduct competency-based interviews, prepare reports, and provide feedback for your clients.
• Track your recruitment processes closely, maintaining open communication with both clients and candidates.
• Advise clients on industry trends and labor market insights.
• Collaborate closely with our sales team to build a strong, trusting relationship with client.

• You have prior experience recruiting Tech profiles.
• You have an advanced level of English.
• You are client- and results-oriented, with strong communication skills, a proactive and enthusiastic attitude, critical thinking abilities, and a desire to contribute fresh ideas.
