Your main responsibilities will be:

* Personal Assistant to CEO:
-Plan and organize travels
-Arrange meetings and finalise agendas
-Prepare presentations

* Office Management: ensure the provision of office material, office maintenance

* Participate in Recruitment:
-Job offers publications
-First CVs filter
-Pre-screenings

We are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

Experience
2 years of experience in a similar role: Personal Assistant, Secretary, Office Manager
Experience in the on-line industry, start-ups, etc... are positively valued

Languages
Excellent level of English
Excellent level of Spanish

Soft Skills
Hands on, pro active
Highly organized and fast
Reliable and responsible
Able to work in a fast moving environment

Permanent position
Barcelona city center
