This job will allow you to develop yourself as a professional a leading company of the energy sector, as Schneider Electric.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Collaborate with the Customer Support Expérience Leaders to ensure strategy alignment.
- Partner with Knowledge Management Process Owner and the Knwoledge Management Solution Manager to ensure full alginment and meaningful En2End Front to back experience.
- Define monitor several KPIs like Search Engine Optimization (SEO) web traffic, page metrics (page performance, bounce rate, time spent per vistis, CTR of different Calls – To – Action).
- Collaborates closely with the Training Adoption Specialist and the Network of Excellence Community Manager to ensure due Release communication content.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (Knowledge Management Team) on building strong governance with the aim at improving FAQ data quality, getting offer managers into the knowledge process to contribute to marketing FAQs, etc.
- Supports the Solution Manager during the Analysis phase of new Ideas/Business Requirements under review.
- Works closely with the Customer Support Architect to ensure overall design of new Enhancements/Functionalities fits with the overall Landscape.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Masters Degree in IT, Project Management or International Business.
- 5+ years of work experience in IT.
- Excellent business analysis skills and understanding of how to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Experience with Agile and agile artifacts (sprints, JIRA, product backlog, etc.).
- Ability to work with various analytics tools or willingness to learn and use these tools (ATInternet, Medallia, Google Search Console, Google Analytics etc.)
- Knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and SQL is a plus.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluent English.
