Big multinational specialized in electronical and electrical manufacturing, currently going under a digital transformation and looking for keeping on growing in their Barcelona's Data Hub.
This job will allow you to develop yourself as a professional a leading company of the energy sector, as Schneider Electric.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Ensures the delivery of regular Releases as well as the constant evolution of existing features and/or future enhancements.
- Collaborates closely with the Knowledge Process Team and the Process Owner to ensure alignment with the strategy and the requested enhancements.
- Collaborates with the Knowledge Management Solution Manager and back end Platform key stakeholders.
- Collaborates with the Search Engine Solution Lead to ensure right focus and constant optimization.
- Collaborates with the Network of Excellence Manager as well as the Customer Support Community Manager to ensure due Release communication content.
- Communicates and coordinates with different service providers (bFO, Search, SDL, Reverse Proxy etc) to execute solution enhancements and fixes.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Masters Degree in IT, Project Management or International Business.
- 5+ years of work experience in IT.
- Experience in solution management (business needs identification, solution KPIs, roadmap, backlog prioritization management, stakeholder management, service provider management etc.).
- Experience with Agile and agile artifacts (sprints, JIRA, product backlog, etc.).
- Ability to work with various analytics tools or willingness to learn and use these tools (ATInternet, Medallia, Google Search Console, Google Analytics etc.)
- Knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and SQL is a plus.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluent English.
