IT Operations Specialist

As a member of the Global IT Operations Team, you will play a vital role in keeping our data centers running smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Managing the infrastructures relating to the company Data Centers, supporting the current team in the ordinary and extraordinary management of the systems;
• Administration of IT environments

○ Vmware

○ Microsoft and Linux operating systems

○ Active Directory Domain

○ Citrix and Netscaler infrastructure

○ Backup and monitoring system

• Ensuring appropriate troubleshooting of problems and their management through third-party vendors;
• Supporting the Service Manager in monitoring supplier activities and taking corrective action if necessary with a view to continuous service improvement;
• Planning the maintenance and monitoring of the systems to ensure proper functioning;
• Implementing new infrastructure projects to modernise and improve systems
• Collaborating in the implementation and infrastructural qualification activities for changes and/or new projects.

Requirements:

• Education:Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in multinational companies.

Core Skills:

• Reliability and flexibility.
• Strong aptitude for teamwork.
• Excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Technical Expertise:

• Experience with Containers and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Database management.
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies.
• Understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
