- Manage Applications Support Service for your areas of responsibility (incidents, requests and queries), including users support, resolution teams/partners coordination, quality checks on solutions provided as well as critical escalations. Ensure timely resolution in accordance with defined SLAs.
- Coordinate internal teams and external providers (vendors, partners, developers) involved in the resolution and maintenance process.
- Regularly produce Service Dashboard & monitor service performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs, anticipating risks, identifying trends, deviations or areas for improvement and proposing and implementing solutions and action plans. Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication regarding service status & escalations.
- Lead service review meetings with key stakeholders, to discuss service performance and address concerns. Act as a SPOC for Applications Management topics under your area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with other IT functions (infrastructure, security, development, data governance) for transition to support & systems upgrades, granting that AM services are always considered. This may require participating in project delivery phases to evaluate readiness of Service Management.
- Maintain and evolve Applications Management Service documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base content, guaranteeing compliance with internal standards and external regulations (e.g. data protection, security policies).
Skills & Experience:
- More than 5 years’ experience in Applications Service Support role in large organizations. Experience in data solutions will be highly valued.
- Solid experience coordinating support teams and/or leading AM involvement in IT projects, managing the transition to operations within medium to large organizations. Great coordination & conflict management skills.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks (such as ITIL) (certification is a plus) and ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Teams).
- Functional knowledge of Core Apps such as SAP ECC, Fiori, RPAs, etc.
- Desiderable: functional or technical knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Qlikview, Tableau, etc.
- Desiderable: functional or technical knowledge of data platforms such as Snowflake, SQL, etc.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience in FMCG will be a plus.
