¿Qué harás?

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a Data Analyst and Data Scientist, setting clear goals and KPIs.
  • Plan projects and allocate resources to deliver high-quality data products on time.
  • Ensure analytics outputs meet stakeholder needs and align with business priorities.
  • Create models, dashboards, and reports that provide real-time business insights.
  • Serve as the main link between analytics and business teams, translating needs into projects.
  • Analyze market trends, campaign performance, and promotional ROI to optimize strategies.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast outcomes and identify opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement by adopting new tools, methods, and industry best practices.

¿A quién buscamos?

  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally focused on market analysis, media, promotions, and predictive modeling.
  • Proficiency in GCP tools (BigQuery, Looker) and SAP analytics (DataSphere, SAC).
  • Experience in machine learning and statistical modeling.
  • Strong skills in data storytelling and visualization.
  • Proven leadership in managing and mentoring analytics teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align analytics with business goals.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
