-CoE Factory Setup and Growth: Design and implement a “factory” model—processes, governance, tooling—embed Agile/Lean practices like rapid prototyping and MVPs, while leading a cross-functional team.
-Business Value and Demand Management: Partner with senior stakeholders to prioritize digital initiatives, manage the lifecycle, and define, track, and report KPIs and ROI metrics.
-Advanced Analytics and Measurement: Oversee predictive analytics, implement real-time dashboards and measurement frameworks, feed insights back into the innovation pipeline.
-Data, Information and Knowledge Management: Establish data governance policies for quality, security, and compliance, and foster continuous improvement through data and digital.
-Vision, Trend Spotting, and Execution: Monitor emerging technologies and market trends to identify opportunities, partner with leadership to refine the digital vision and roadmap.
-Leadership and Culture: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, motivate cross-functional teams, and develop the Digital Program to grow digital capabilities.
-Customer Experience: Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience through digital transformation, track customer satisfaction metrics for improvement.
-10+ years leading digital transformation, data strategy, or Digital CoE initiatives with accountability for value realization.
-MBA or advanced degree in business, data science, or related field.
-Proficiency in Agile and Lean methodologies for digital product development.
-Experience with cutting-edge technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, or AR/VR in commercial or business contexts.
-Practical exposure to cloud analytics stacks/datalakes like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
-Strong knowledge of data analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, DataBricks, Snowflake, GCP BigQuery, Looker.
-Previous background in digital consulting and working with external innovation partners.
-Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
-Hands-on experience with CRM systems (SalesForce, HubSpot), ERP systems (SAP/4 Hana, Oracle), and specialized business solutions (RGM Tools, SFA Tools).
-Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams in matrix/international environments (Europe, Africa, USA, Asia).
-Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to translate technical solutions into business value propositions.
-Experience operationalizing GenAI, advanced automation, and optimization solutions.
-Ability to define and track KPIs, ROI metrics, and value outcomes.
