On your day-to-day:
- You will be in charge of following up the customer during their experience with the company
- You will ensure customer satisfaction
- You will be their point of contact to resolve any incident or doubt that may arise along the way
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You speak a fluent level of German (at least, C1)
- You can speak a B2 level of Spanish
- You have good communication and listening skills
- You are a strong team player
