Your key Responsibilities:
• Assess the compatibility and integration of products and services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies within Allianz Technology.
• Drive alignment of Allianz Technology and OE IT technology landscape with the enterprise architecture target picture, including system retirement
• Define, implement and maintain the IT architecture target picture to accelerate Allianz' future strategy and opportunities
• Establish the IT architecture framework and develop the IT architecture roadmap, conducting architecture reviews based on applicable standards and target blueprints as part of the architecture governance at Allianz Technology, following up on findings and supporting projects.
• Support the EA function in the identification of new demand and projects where the adoption of Business Architecture techniques can add value and benefit to successful outcomes
• Input to, development and communication of Business Architecture techniques at Allianz Technology (including input and on-going development of models and references)
• Management of a Business Architecture knowledge base
• Perform Business Architecture/Enterprise Architecture activities for Strategic Projects in support of the success of meeting Business needs and aims.
• Support the Enterprise Architecture Practice Lead in the development of the practice of Business Architecture across Allianz Technology.
You are the person we are looking for if you have professional with expertise in:
• Understanding of at least one Architecture Domain; Business, Infrastructure, Data, Application or Security
• Relevant work experience in IT Applying analytical thinking, moderation and presentation skills
• Higher education degree in IT or comparable education
• Certification on IT Architecture (e.g. TOGAF)
• Exposure to Architecture Modelling Tools (ADoIT, Archimate etc)
• Profound communication skills and the ability to negotiate with a diverse audience, e.g. on senior level
• Ability to work fully independent and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information
• Ensuring that Enterprise Architecture initiatives and Group IT Strategy regarding Architecture are achieved and milestones are met
• Rapidly evolving architecture standards and technology requiring constant awareness and education
• High level of english
