- You will ensure safety of his sites by giving guidelines and ensuring resource availability further you will ensure safety of logistic (driving handling) activities by giving guidelines and ensuring resource availability
- Ensure the service quality focusing patient and supply chain cost is part of your role
- You are responsible to ensure home care equipment maintenance plans to ensure equipment performance and patient service conditions
- Further you will manage Supply Chain Managers
- Define the minor and major capex and Opex budgets for Portugal Supply Chain
- You will be setting targets and expected achievement, as well as defining improvement plans
- Moreover you will be proposing new Supply Chain actions plan
- Controlling Supply Chain execution (budget and capex)
- You will actively participate in the digitalization and automation of tasks, contributing to the company's progress towards digital transformation
- You have an University Degree (Healthcare area valuable)
- Experience in leadership of human teams is required for this role
- Autonomy in the development of their responsibilities
- Continuous improvement in processes always seeking efficiency
- You have already gained experience in cost management
