One of our clients — a global leader in FMCG is currently seeking to hire an Content Manager in Milano.
We are looking for an experienced Perfect Store Manager – Trade Marketeer to lead our sell-out sales force, reporting to the Head of Trade Marketing.
This is a unique hybrid role that combines direct leadership of the sell-out team with the strategic management of two expanding channels: drugstore and discount.
You will be a key leader in the business, responsible for maximizing sales, enhancing shopper experience, and ensuring perfect store execution.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop your team: Manage and mentor the sell-out sales force, providing coaching, support, and guidance to help them reach targets and grow professionally.
- Finalize and improve the migration to the Salesforce sell-out tool, identifying new opportunities to maximize its potential.
- Drive sales performance: Analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and implement initiatives to boost performance in the Hyper + Super channels through the sell-out team.
- Act as the trade marketing lead for the drugstore and discount channels, developing and executing promotional plans, product launches, and in-store activations.
- Ensure in-store visibility excellence, delivering a high-quality shopper experience and bringing innovative ideas to stand out from competitors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, and other teams to ensure smooth alignment and execution of trade strategies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing, with at least 1 year managing direct reports.
- At least 1.5 years of experience in sell-out is mandatory.
- Proven leadership skills to guide the sell-out team towards achieving perfect store levers, increasing SoS, mass displays, and shelf visibility.
- Strategic mindset with trade marketing experience; knowledge of the Italian drugstore and discount channels is a plus.
- Strong results orientation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across levels.
- Flexibility to travel across Italy at least 50% of the time.
