Back Office Agent - French Speaker

As a Back Office Agent you will:

• Resolve customer simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the business.
• Change and maintain customer's data on the system.
• Ensure a good relationship with customers.
• Furthermore, ensure that the data received from the customer or other Linde department is accurately and timely maintained.

• You are able to communicate efficiently by phone and emails with customers daily.
• You speak French at a native level and English fluently.
• Pro-active, focused on responding promptly to action.
• You have SAP and Outlook tools basic knowledge.
• Able to work in a result oriented team.
• Minimum required secondary school.
