You will work in a leading multinational chemical company in the industrial sector.
In your day to day life you will have to:
- Provide assistance via phone/mail/email/chat from Customer simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the business
- Guide the customers trough the webshop
- Ensuring that the data received from the customer is accurately and timely maintained
- Transfer queries to the corresponding department
You are the person who we are looking if you:
- Are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers daily
- Are a pro active persona, focused on responding promptly to action
- Have experiencia SAP and Office tools basic knowledge is preferred
- Are able to work in a results oriented team
- Have minimum required secundary school
