You will join an international company with a strong presence in the European market, known for its commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The office is based in Porto, offering a multicultural and dynamic environment.

Your main tasks include:
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries from customers.
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and company processes.
- Managing reservations, requests, and complaints to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinating with other departments to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintaining accurate records in internal systems.

- Fluency in French (native or professional level).
- Good command of English (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle pressure effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is a plus.
