Our client is one of the leading independent investment platforms for real estate and other real assets in Germany and Europe. With approx. 350 employees, 2IG administrates and manages assets of more than 50 billion euros in approx. 25 countries.
Your daily responsabilities will be:
- You will assume various responsibilities in accounting for real estate funds or real estate companies, depending on the area of deployment and your prior experience.
- You will be responsible for preparing annual, interim and special financial statements for funds or investment companies.
- You will participate in the purchase and sale of real estate and companies.
- You will be the point of contact for accounting issues from clients, auditors, and tax advisors of the funds or companies you manage.
You are the perfect match if:
- You have a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting, or you ideally have completed training as an accountant or have solid professional experience in accounting and financial statement preparation.
- You have relevant knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and/or IFRS.
- You are proficient in SAP R/3 or a comparable accounting software as well as in Microsoft Office products.
- You enjoy working with numbers and have a meticulous and independent work style.
- You have a positive work attitude, a high level of commitment and teamwork, as well as excellent communication skills.
- You have very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
