Our client is an American multinational of the industrial sector with plenty of career development opportunities in Terrassa (hybrid)!
As a Back Office Specialist:
- You will process, monitor and follow up customers' purchasing orders
- You will ensure effective administrative support
- You will follow-up on order activity, to alert the clients and sales team in case of any discrepancies
- You will handle new customer and supplier requests creation, and local purchasing tasks, manage invoice creation and corrections and return of the material activities
- You will receive and process client inquiries (90% via email)
- You will establish key communication link between customer and internal departments (sales, logistics, finance, production)
You're the person we're looking for if:
- You have a Native level of English
- You have experience in Back office/ Customer Service/ Administration/ Export or similar
- You're available to work in Terrassa 2 days per week
- You have excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
- You're a team player and enjoy collaborating with other departments
- You're motivated to learn
