Our client is based in Croatia and it's one of the biggest multinationals specializing in Customer Experience.
What you will be doing is:
- You will be working in rotation of the front and back offices providing support to customers' queries via phone, email, and chat;
- You will guide customers in facilitating the use of their webshop;
- You will be working in conjunction with other areas of the company;
- You will be transferring customer queries to other departments.
The Requirements are:
- You need to have good communications skills throughout all channels;
- You have a proficiency level in German and an intermediate level of English;
- You are proactive and a problem solver;
- You are goal-oriented.
