Located at our offices in Barcelona, and depending on our CEO and Commercial Director, your mission as a Sales Administrator will be to develop and implement all the necessary processes for the effective management of the sales.
To do this, you will perform the following functions:
-Manage the advertising proposals received, perform quality controls, create new accounts for associates and carry out the correct processing of our customers' requests
-Implement all the tools necessary for the proper management of processes
-Perform weekly sales reports
-Manage and update our customers database
-Give administrative support to the Sales Department in general
Minimum Requirements:
-Previous experience in similar position for at least 2 years
-Advanced level of Excel
-Native level of English
-Analytical skills
-Capacity for autonomy
