With over 12 million bookings managed in countries like Spain, France, and Switzerland our client offers their clients the possibility to find a restaurant based on the type of cuisine, ambiance, location, and price and make a reservation online via the web or mobile applications, with real time availability at all restaurants. The service allows to book online from the web or via mobile applications, considering the real-time availability in restaurants.

Located at our offices in Barcelona, ​​and depending on our CEO and Commercial Director, your mission as a Sales Administrator will be to develop and implement all the necessary processes for the effective management of the sales.

To do this, you will perform the following functions:

-Manage the advertising proposals received, perform quality controls, create new accounts for associates and carry out the correct processing of our customers' requests
-Implement all the tools necessary for the proper management of processes
-Perform weekly sales reports
-Manage and update our customers database
-Give administrative support to the Sales Department in general

Minimum Requirements:
-Previous experience in similar position for at least 2 years
-Advanced level of Excel
-Native level of English
-Analytical skills
-Capacity for autonomy
