Our client is a Market Leader in its Specialist Fields of Share Plan Services.
As a Business Support Manager you will be responsible for:
-Set direction and priorities to meet work objectives and agreed outcomes and manage team members to these objectives
-Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members
-Develop knowledge in system applications, products, utilities market and business processes to enable suitable review and mentoring of Business Analysts team members
-Supporting the Annual events for the Europeans Plans business in coordination with the UK Events Delivery team.
-Assist with the management of projects and strong involvement of Migration Phase II
-Communicate effectively within technical forums and workshops, to ensure strong participation and influence of group decisions
-Ensure regular and proactive communication with stakeholders in order to effectively understand, develop, review and deliver solutions that will incorporate their requirements and meet their needs
-First point of escalation for any system production issue and appropriate escalation of hot issues throughout the business
-Ensures training material and systems documentation is available and up to date
-Taking charge of local Business Continuity program
-Work with counterparts in keeping compliant for systems use and assisting with yearly audits
-Support local IT infra-structure issues and link in with UK IT teams for appropriate escalation
-Manages P to P requests for new hardware
-Bridge between other International functional teams and IT business support team
Experience:
-Qualifications and extensive experience in a Business Analyst position
-Experience in the Management a Team of Business Analysts
-Experience in Project Management or/and System Implementation is Desired.
-Experience in Mentoring, Coaching, Developing and Performance Management
-Good knowledge in Relational Database Design.
-Good knowledge in Visual Basic and/or SQL or similar
