Our client is the European leader in the payments industry, and we are looking for enthusiasts to strengthen the Nordic Customer Service team in sunny Barcelona!

As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:
• Handling client inquiries, technical complaints and issues related to their online banking/phone app.
• Answering questions and explaining the following steps are part of your core tasks. Patience is an important characteristic for this project.
• You will also be an important support for the Talk Help Desk. This service you will guide customers for a correct Website, Online Banking and Self-Service use.

• High level of English (written and spoken)
• Native level of Dutch (written and spoken)
• Flexibility with regard to working hours (including evening and weekend shifts)
• Customer Service / Tech support experience is a plus, but not a must
