During your day to day:

- You will respond to customer inquiries regarding service and product related inquiries
- You will inform customer about specific products, services, policies and processes
- You will troubleshoot and resolves customer issues
- You will promote relevant customer products
- You will identify sales opportunities
- You will provide technical contractual support

You are the person we are looking for if:

- You have passion to service end-customers
- You have excellent communication skills high focus on customer satisfaction.
- You have high language skills in French and Italian + good in English (reading, writing)

What do we offer:

- Contract: Temporary of 3 months (with 1 month probation period)
- Full-Time: (39 hours/Week)
- Working days/hours: Tuesday to Friday: 11:00-20:00h Saturday from 9:00 -17:00h
- Salary 18,400€ gross per year
