We are looking for an experienced Endpoint Compliance Lead:

Management :
o Lead the team in charge of endpoint compliance in Europe (5 people)

Team responsibility:

Endpoint :
o PC patching process follow up
o Industrial specific process and exception
o Microsoft Windows and O365 release management
o Ensure the usage of the enterprise images for computer
o Global tools release management (browser, Adobe)
o Drive the Windows 7 EOL
o Firewall/Antivirus deployment/compliance
o Mobile compliance (enrolment process, security tools)
o Software distribution major deployment validation

Productivity tool adoption:
o O365/Teams adoption action plan
o Close work with change management/global teams to improve digital knowledge
o Drive the Voice to Teams for Europe

Users Identity management : Active Directory only
o Ensure rules are known and followed in Europe
o Ask/drive any change related to business/compliance need
o Drive remediation plan

Software license management
o Organize the delivery action from purchasing to installation
o Communicate the policy and ensure processes are in place to control policy application
o Drive the remediation action (remove prohibited files from computer, Audit from software supplier)
o Orchestrate the Europe modern management program (Intune, Sharepoint/Teams/Onedrive, …)
o Be accountable of the remove admin right on computer initiative

GCAB/EUR Change Advisory Board
o Region CAB represents Employee experience
o GCAB : analyze potential risks and ensure users centric approach of projects

Projects/Internal Consulting
o Provides resources to projects accordingly to Schneider process
o Drive any region project/initiative related to endpoint compliance/Collaborative tools
o Provide expertise/consulting to business issues/requests

You are the perfect match if:

Education: IT/Telecommunication/Support professional degree, college or university studies

Job Related Experience: • Project management and business stakeholder communication experience
• Service management and control experience based on SLAs, OLAs with internal operation and partners
• Contract and Vendor Management

Technical Skills • Knowledge of corporate mobility network technologies
• Microsoft Operating system and associated software (SCCM/MECM)
• Basic cybersecurity skills
• Microsoft Intune/ O365 full suite

Language: Upper English
Travel requirements: < 4 times/ year in the region
