As a Game Producer/Project Manager your objective will be managing the game creation process .
Your main responsibilities:
-Support the product owner by managing the agile development process within the team: from initial concept through continuous development post launch of the game
-Work closely together with producers, artists and developers
-Manage several projects at once
-Single point of contact for customer support team
-Support testing of weekly releases
-Provide motivation and contribute to a positive work environment
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Experience
-At least 4 years experience as a Producer, Scrum Master or a similar role within the games industry, creating top quality games
Skills
-Excellent knowledge of a game creation project life-cycle
-Ability to manage and motivate designers, developers and other team member’s project working on yours
-“Can do” style of working
-Well organized under pressure and capable of handling multiple tasks
-Ability to choose agile practices best fitting to the team
-Strong attention to detail of the product
Soft Skills
-Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and enthusiastically to both individuals and groups
-Enthusiasm for new concepts and ideas
