Our client is a leader within the hospitality industry.

Located in our office in Barcelona, under the direction of the Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Developing, supervising, training and evaluating the workflow of your team
- Achieving budget, expanding sales and reaching goals on a monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis
- KPI’s Planning and follow-up
- Leading and motivating your team and increasing its productivity
- Generating action plans to enhance performance and productivity of underperforming personnel
- Support in interviewing candidates and hiring successful candidates.

Minimum requirements:
- Full-time work availability.
- Higher education in commerce and or hospitality business.
- Previous experience managing sales team
- Native level of French
- Fluent level of English
- Fluent level of Spanish would be a plus
- Experience in managing teams with cold-calling objectives and KPI’s
