Main skills and responsibilities of Inside Sales Team Manager:

Driving Performance and Results
- Ensures that group and individual targets are consistently achieved and takes prompt corrective action to address performance gaps
- Continuously motivates the telesales team to pursuit performance improvements and creates a working environment which is characterized by entrepreneurship, discipline and perseverance.

Customer Focus (Direct and Channel)
- Develops a customer focused organization within the structures, processes and the attitude of the Inside Sales team members to deliver optimal experiences with the company products and services.

People Management
- Coaches team members to maximize their telesales performance and their professional growth
- Accountable for the team’s attainment of the objectives
- Promotes the benefits and the results of Inside Sales towards all relevant stakeholders, maximizes trust

Talent Organizational Development
- Creates an environment of trust and respect rewards excellent performance
- Provides regular and honest feedback to team members; supports individual career development by maximizing opportunities to build experience and skills
- Closely involved in the recruitment, selection and retention of the Inside Sales team members
- Supports innovation in sales practices, promotes openness to change, and actively supports changes.
- Provides timely and accurate business reports.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Business/Function specific Key Performance Indicators will be defined in line with the annual performance cycle for the role holder
These encompass performance indicators for the achievement of:

- financial targets
- external and internal customer targets
- process and production targets
- staff and organization development goals

-University degree
-2/3 years in managing business units and/or sales teams
-Significant people management experience
-Native level of Italian
-Fluent business English (both orally and written)
-Intercultural sensibility/experience
-Leading by example working attitude.
