Our client is a cruise company that, since 1990, has been taking travelers to the impenetrable and breathtaking regions of one of the most remote and beautiful parts of the world in a way that simply cannot be replicated.
Your daily responsabilities will be:
- You will manage and maintain strategic business relationships with the company’s key clients.
- You will develop and implement customized strategies for each client to maximize the value of the business relationship.
- You will identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within existing accounts.
- You will negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients, ensuring mutual benefit.
- You will work closely with internal departments (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and goal achievement.
- You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of the accounts and adjust strategies to improve results.
You are the right person if:
- You speak both Spanish and English at an advanced level (C1-C2).
- You have 3 years of expirience or more.
- You are available for travelling.
- You are a strong results orientation and attention to detail person.
- You have the ability to work with CRM tools and account management systems.
What do we offer?

- Your schedule will be from Monday to Friday from 9h to 18h.
