Our client company is providing consulting and outsourcing services through our strategy, digital, technology and operations capabilities.

As a Warranty Claims Analyst you will work in support of the contracted Service Level Agreement, maintaining quality and service standards.

Main Accountabilities

Operational Responsibilities

- Work with the Client to resolve any performance and quality related issues
- Implement practices and metrics to improve operational efficiencies
- Process optimization, using analytics and performance measures to drive continuous improvement
- Investigate warranty claims, facilitate recovery, and assign appropriate responsibilities
- Conduct and review monthly reporting
- Running queries
- Verification and analysis of warranty claims based on available external resources (e.g. DTAC, parts catalogs, sales
information)
- Documenting and adding comments
- Regular review with suppliers on performance and results
- Summarizing results and developing metrics

People Management Responsibilities

- Need to be a good team player and lead, involve the team members for smooth day to day operation
- Participate and be involved in management activities
- Provide feedback and help team members in process improvements
- Participate in conducting health assessments and improvement opportunities and audits for the project on a periodic basis and communicate to management and key stakeholders

Core Competencies

Required skills:

- Any Graduation with 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
- Strong Verbal and written communication in Poland/ French/ Portuguese/Chino/German
- Strong written communication in English
- Interpersonal skills to deal with suppliers, warranty engineers, etc
- Data processing accuracy, detail oriented, and ability to evaluate/research a warranty claim
- Expert level capability in use of desktop software (MS Office Suite, with focus on Excel)
- Has experience in analyzing and recommending process improvements
- Organized, timely, pro-active and highly productive
- Strong written communication in English
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Preferred:
- Experience in Warranty
- Experience with Dealers and strategic sourcing
- Mechanical knowledge of automobiles and machinery
