Our client is a cooperative that supplies food, grain and energy products around the world, committed to create connections to empower agriculture, helping our owners and customers grow their businesses.

As Office Manager you will manage the offices located in Spain, Italy and Switzerland.
- The relationships with the office's external suppliers, such as cleaning and maintenance sub-contractors, equipment suppliers, and supply vendors. Monitor their level of service, costs and billing to ensure that the organisation receives the right service at the right cost.
- Provide employees with appropriate telephone lines and devices, manage the telephone fleet and telecommunications contracts.
- Support travel arrangements in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Assist in the organisation of internal and external meetings and conferences, preparation of documentation, agenda management and communication with colleagues, team members and external partners.
- Select new suppliers, negotiate terms and conditions, in accordance with company expectations and policies, as well as invoicing suppliers in scope.
- Implement procedures and guidelines to improve the operational efficiency of the office.
- Maintain a safe and secure office environment. Participate in the management of the office and its organisation.
- Adapt to changing needs and expectations.

You are the perfect candidate if you have!
- Fluency in Spanish, English and French, verbally and in writing.
- Previous experience in business management,in commercial positions, event organisation, etc.
- High knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Ability to work autonomously and self-manage.
