What will you do?

• What You’ll Do:
• You will drive our business forward by reaching and exceeding your sales goals.
• You will turn prospects into loyal clients and enthusiastic brand advocates.
• You will build strong relationships with potential clients through cold calling, uncovering their true business needs.
• You will recommend the most suitable ADP products and services to address those needs.
• You will deepen existing client relationships by strategically cross-selling ADP’s latest solutions and innovations.
• You will collaborate daily with both internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless communication and service.
• You will establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships that drive satisfaction and retention.

• You have excellent closing skills and a strong ability to convert leads into clients.

• You have strong organizational skills and are highly effective in managing your time and daily activities.
• You are fluent in both German and English.
