In your day-to-day, you will:

- Ensure team adheres to Scrum practices and principles.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning & review, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments, resolve urgent issues and escalate when necessary to ensure smooth progress.
- Mentor, coach and help the Salesforce team in the implementation of Agile best practices by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Act as liaison or main point of contact between the Scrum team, the other Dept. teams and all other company stakeholders.
- Ensure on-time delivery as well as transparency and accountability over the progress made vis-à-vis the business functions over the team’s progress and project health
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, deliverables, risk analysis and resource management.
- Reporting on key agile metrics.
- Ensure projects are properly prioritized, delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

You might be a great fit if you have:

- Between 3–5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, ideally within Salesforce projects.
- Experience working with SaaS platforms and Agile delivery in global environments.
- Strong project management skills: scope definition, planning, execution, budget tracking, and handover.
- Experience leading multiple initiatives simultaneously in a cross-functional, fast-paced setting.
- Scrum Master Certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) – required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field – preferred.
- Master’s degree – a plus.
- Deep understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles.
- Proficient in Agile project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Trello.
- Familiar with project tracking tools such as PPM, SmartSheet, or similar.
- Ability to report on key Agile metrics: velocity, burndown, cycle time, throughput, etc.
- Strong knowledge of O365 collaboration tool.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and team facilitation capabilities.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
- Exceptional command of spoken and written English.
