Our client is a leading multinational company within the hospitality industry based in Amsterdam. Currently they are looking for someone to support their team in Berlin.

As a CSE you will act as an intermediary between the customers and accommodations by handling a variety of inquiries.

Your main responsibilities will include:
You will liaise between the guest and accommodations: modification of reservations; handling special requests and complaints by phone and e-mails
- Deliver a high level of customer service
- Actively participate in various projects within the department
- Promote the companies culture along with your colleagues

The ideal Candidate:

- Has a native level of German and an advanced level of English (both written and spoken)
- Has excellent communication and problem solving skills;
- Takes responsibility and ownership;
- Is passionate about helping customers;
- Is available Full-time (40 h/week) and flexible in work schedule;
- Is in possession of a valid work-permit for Germany.

Our offer:

- A gross salary of minimum EUR 18.600€/year - based on 40 hours per week;
