One of our clients a global leader in FMCG is currently seeking to hire an a Chef de produit.

As a Chef de Produit, you will have a key role in defining and executing the brand marketing strategy. You will be part of a dynamic, multicultural marketing team with broad responsibilities across the full marketing mix. You will also contribute to the strategic development of the overall category.

Your day‑to‑day:

Brand Management

- Monitor category performance metrics (sell‑in, sell‑out, consumer data) to extract insights and identify business opportunities.
- Evaluate product ranges and key consumer indicators (penetration, purchase frequency, loyalty, etc.) to identify strategic gaps and areas for growth.

Local Brand Activation

- Develop short‑ and medium‑term product and portfolio strategies.
- Recommend marketing activities aligned with the brand’s mission, market conditions, and competitive opportunities.
- Execute key initiatives that drive brand growth and lead the creation of marketing materials for both ATL and BTL activations.
- Collaborate with international teams on brand launches and relaunches to ensure adaptation to local needs.

Media & Communication

- Work closely with the Media team to align media implementation with the brand’s communication objectives.
- Support the deployment of the local content strategy, including collaborations with local partners.
- Lead local PR initiatives and BTL activations to strengthen brand equity, and support influence‑based campaigns.

- Business School degree (BAC+5) or equivalent, with specialization in Marketing or Sales.
- 2–3 years of experience in brand or product management within a multinational environment; solid FMCG experience required.
- Strategic thinker: creative, autonomous, results‑oriented, and capable of influencing others.
- Strong business acumen: ability to analyze and interpret performance data and transform insights into recommendations (ROI & KPI‑driven).
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and foster collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to coordinate agencies, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Native French and fluent English. Other languages such as Spanish or Italian are a plus.
