The company offers one of the implant dentistry's most comprehensive lines of implants and abutments, augmented by a growing line of site preparation and regenerative products.
Main functions:
1. Responsible for reception services including attending visits, controlling access to the office, attending incoming phone calls and receive and distribute daily post to the corresponding departments.
2. Provide support to other departments in different administrative tasks as needed.
- Support the Human Resources department in coordinating the annual medical checks. (Vacations, TRestaurant, TGuarderia, altas&bajas, POs, office communications, translations...)
- Support Customer Service EMEA department in -several administrative tasks.
- Support Finance Department scanning invoice
3. Be the contact person for current and future providers, sending the possible offers or modifications of contracts to the Finance manager in order to approve them or not.
- 2 years working experience in a similar position
- Fluent in Spanish &English (other languages are a plus)
- Detail - oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Team player
- MS Office
