You will be joining a leading international company in digital services and online presence.

During your day-to-day:

- You will provide technical assistance to our customers, identifying their needs, and quickly and efficiently providing solutions by phone
- You will answer the requested information concerning: domains, email, hosting, servers and web creation tools
- You will resolve any incidences on the products acquired by our clients
- You will identify the customers' needs, advise them and accompany them in the purchase process
- You will establish an excellent relationship with the customers and help them evolve in their sector with our client's products
- You'll follow up and deal with pre-purchase orders and invoices

Schedule: Monday - Friday

You're the person we're looking for if:

- You have a native level of French
- You're experienced in Customer Service (if not, a strong customer-oriented mindset is required)
- You're highly motivated to establish a relationship with the customers
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have good problem-solving skills
- You're keen on career development
- You're passionate about helping others and keen on ensuring customer satisfaction
- You're a strong team player and attentive to detail
- You have basic IT skills and are motivated to learn
