-Lead, mentor, and develop a Data Analyst and Data Scientist, setting clear goals and KPIs.
-Plan projects and allocate resources to deliver high-quality data products on time.
-Ensure analytics outputs meet stakeholder needs and align with business priorities.
-Create models, dashboards, and reports that provide real-time business insights.
-Serve as the main link between analytics and business teams, translating needs into projects.
-Analyze market trends, campaign performance, and promotional ROI to optimize strategies.
-Develop predictive models to forecast outcomes and identify opportunities.
-Drive continuous improvement by adopting new tools, methods, and industry best practices.

-10+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally focused on market analysis, media, promotions, and predictive modeling.
-Proficiency in GCP tools (BigQuery, Looker) and SAP analytics (DataSphere, SAC).
-Experience in machine learning and statistical modeling.
-Strong skills in data storytelling and visualization.
-Proven leadership in managing and mentoring analytics teams.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Strategic mindset with the ability to align analytics with business goals.
