One of our clients — a global leader in FMCG — is currently seeking to hire an a Senir Brand Manager.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Senior Brand Manager Ultima will be responsible for leading a global brand at a local level, increasing market share, improving consumer experience, and accelerating business growth. This is a maternity leave replacement for a 6-month contract (CDD).

In your day-to-day:

- Understand the category and the brand under your local responsibility.
- Define and implement both long-term and short-term local brand strategies.
- Independently conduct monthly performance tracking, analysing sell-in, sell-out and consumer data to identify key insights, opportunities and action plans.
- Monitor brand KPIs.
- Contribute to the annual brand review and yearly marketing plan (innovation & renovation, media & communication, pricing strategy, consumer promotions).
- Participate in innovation strategy projects.
- Manage the approved brand budget with strong financial acumen.
- Implement and monitor the annual media strategy with the global team and agencies (TV, OLV, social media, influencers…).
- Drive local BTL activations to strengthen brand equity.
- Contribute to the annual category plan.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across local and global teams to ensure effective collaboration.

- 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Department within FMCG.
- Strong strategic thinking.
- Business School BAC+5 or equivalent (ESC, Engineering School, Master’s degree).
- Experience across all marketing levers: product development, media activation, pricing, POS activities.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data and optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects.
- Leadership and drive to lead new initiatives.
- French & English required; native French is compulsory. Spanish or Italian is a plus.
