Our client is an international retail company specialized in the creation and operation of luxury outlet shopping destinations.

Duties:
- Ensure the VIP lounge is operating efficiently keeping the guest experience in mind at all time and maintained in excellent conditions.
- Create and maintain excellent business relationships with the VIP's at all times and go out of your way to exceed their expectations.
- Implement the Best Guest Services practices for the Village ensuring that programmes, systems, procedures and initiatives are shared amongst the different stakeholders within the ABCDE Village management team.
- Ensure that all guest comments complaints are properly recorded, reacted to and resolved. Initiate the corrective measures to ensure that the service delivery failures will not re-occur within the Village and assist/ guide all departments to resolve comments and complaints.
- Continuously build and maintain relationships with key ambassadors of Value Retail and/ or ABCDE Village to pull in additional guests and deliver an agreed a number of events on a yearly basis.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

- Proven track record in hospitality guest management.
- Likes to provide service and gets motivated by providing excellence in service.
- Demonstrates drive, resilience and flexibility when working in a dynamic a fast paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills, critical thinking skills and solution orientated.
- Being able to communicate in English and Spanish is mandatory.
- French, Chinese or Arabic would be a plus
