We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor with Nordic Language to join an international outsourcing company based in Lisbon.
As a Customer Service Advisor Nordics, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience by consistently providing solutions.
During your day to day:
- You will handle calls/emails in French and English;
- You will handle cases about orders or reservations;
- You will collaborate with other departments;
- You will handle complaints;
- You have a native or near-native level of a Nordic Language + a good level of English
- You are passionate about customer care (B2C)
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are customer-oriented
