Our client is a multinational engineering and technology company based in Lisbon.

As a Customer Service Specialist, your daily activities will include:

- You will manage incoming client contacts, by phone and e-mail
- You will provide solutions and guide customers concerning digital topics
- You will explain to customers the product portfolio
- You will escalate complex technical issues
- You will provide administrative support to keep the client's database updated

You're the perfect candidate if:

- You speak fluently Swedish or Norwegian
- You speak at least a B2 level of English
- You have previous experience in Customer Service (it's a plus)
- You have a High School Diploma or higher education
- You're client-oriented
- You are a problem solver and love challenges
- You are detail-oriented and organized
