Our client is a leading multinational delivering customer experience solutions in Lisbon.

As a Front and Back Office Specialist, your daily tasks include:

- You will receive customer requests and complaints (via phone and email) regarding our client's customer loyalty and frequent flyer program

- You will process enquiries about their frequent flyer program

- You will research in different applications

Schedule: in rotating shifts of 8h/day (8 am - 9 pm) and you will need to work 1 weekend/month

You're the person we're looking for if:

- You speak fluently German (C1 level) and English (at least B1+);
- You have good communication skills
- You're solution-oriented and customer-oriented
- You can work autonomously
- You are used to dealing with goals/metrics/KPIs
- You have previous experience in Customer Service
